At our company, we highly prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and aim to guarantee it with every purchase. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that there might be instances where a return or exchange becomes essential. Return Policy:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must return it within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, item unwashed and unworn). For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of bodysuits or accessories. Refunds:
Please note that we do not accept refunds once you have made your purchase online with us.
Returns & Exchanges:
Our company provides returns and exchanges only for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item
- Exchange of sizes
Please be aware that if the item is sold out, you will not be entitled to an exchange. Free size / one size items are also not exchangeable.
Shipping Costs for Incorrect Items:
Shipping fees will be borne by our company for items that are incorrect or defective. Please update our customer service team with the tracking number & courier used, along with the official receipt, so that our team can reimburse the shipping fee to you. For convenience, you may use Citylink Express for returns or any dispatch courier that is convenient for you. If you use Grab Express for returns, charges will be at your own expense. We will not bear any cost for Grab Express if you need to return the items urgently.
Shipping Costs for Size Exchanges:
For size exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping fees for both returns and redelivery. You may use any preferred courier service for the return and make sure to update our customer service team with the tracking number as soon as it’s dispatched via Instagram direct message or email.
To prevent any wrong sizing issues, we encourage customers to reconfirm sizing before placing an order by providing us with the measurements of your waist, hips, and thigh.

3. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, we will ship the new goods/products after confirmation and notify the customer.
*All items must be shipped back within 7 days (MALAYSIA) from the date of receipt, only with the approval of our customer service team.
